Welcome to the QualcoDuna Proficiency Testing Scheme
QualcoDuna is an accredited proficiency testing provider offering interlaboratory comparisons to environmental analytical laboratories in various fields of chemical and biological analysis and sampling. Since 2014, our proficiency testing services have been recognised by the National Accreditation Authority (NAH) as being compliant with the requirements of MSZ EN ISO/IEC 17043:2010, and now MSZ EN ISO/IEC 17043:2023.

The schedule for the Surface and Groundwater Sampling Proficiency Test to be held between May 12–14, 2026 has been updated.
We kindly ask you to review the published list and the accompanying Guidelines. Please note that changes to the schedule are now only possible in duly justified cases.

Dear Partners,
We know how much quality matters to you, and we also regard it as a core value.
We regret to inform you that due to logistical issues encountered during the delivery of one of our critical packaging materials—and in the absence of a suitable alternative that meets quality requirements—we have no option but to postpone the shipping of round QDJV-2.
Based on the expected arrival of the packaging material, the new start date can be scheduled at the earliest for week 21 (the week of May 18).
We will send a separate notification regarding the final date.
We would also like to inform you that, as a result of the postponement, round QDJV-3 is expected to be distributed in the first half of June.
Through our work, we continue to aim to support the quality of your professional activities.

The schedule of participants for the Groundwater and Surface Water Sampling Proficiency Test, scheduled for 12–14 May 2026, has been updated to include additional applicants. Please find the new schedule under Downloads.
If you have already been assigned a time slot, no action is required, as the previously allocated time slots remain unchanged.
Please note, however, that laboratory codes have been reassigned for 2026. Therefore, to correctly identify your scheduled time slot, we kindly ask you to check the confirmation notification.

We are announcing the Drinking Water Microbiological Sampling Proficiency Test, the details of which are provided in the Programme Description and its Annexes.
Please note that the parameters Colony count at 22°C and Colony count at 37°C, which form part of the evaluation, are not included within the scope of our accredited activities.
Date and location of the programme: 28th April 2026 (Tuesday), Abony, Pest County
Registration is now available via the Login to online services platform.
In the event of over‑registration, we reserve the right to schedule an additional or alternative date, which will be agreed with our Partners in advance.

Dear Partners,
Based on the feedback we have received, in addition to our accredited annual program, we plan to introduce further proficiency tests, with a primary focus on sampling activities.
The planning and organization of the following proficiency tests for 2026 has already begun for the following proficiency tests.

The announcement about these PT schemes and their design, timelines and fees will be announced once the developments are finalized. Our partners will be notified by e-mail, but the information will also be published here on the website.

QualcoDuna PTS 2026
Dear Partners,
We are pleased to inform you that the QualcoDuna Proficiency Testing Department is announcing its Programme desciption for 2026.
Throughout 2026, we will provide the opportunity to apply for laboratory and sampling proficiency testing continuously during the year.
Please review Annexes 1 and 2 of the Programme description – these are now published in a spreadsheat format.
The latest version of the Programme description has been updated with the data on special conditions for the receipt of laboratory proficiency testing items, as well as the planned locations of the sampling proficiency tests.
The application deadline for the first round is: 23 February 2026.
